Romans 3

Today I'm back on Romans!
with a treat for you all Scott
has graciously sent me a poem
which I am gratefully going
to post on my blog with the request
to still write my own version of
Romans 3.I do Hope you enjoy it.

ROMANS CHAPTER THREEIn Romans Chapter one
We had an indictment begun.
In Romans Chapter Two
We found perfection our necessary due.
Now In Romans Chapter Three
Scripture written long before is quoted to you and to me.

There is None Righteous
No Not One
Nothing to claim my own
To gain acceptance when my life is done.
There is none who does Good
All have sinned
All have fallen short the mark
And so without Christ wait for an Eternity
That will forever be dark.

If None are righteous
No Not one
In my flesh is nothing  SO What can be done?
I must seek something More
Thank God for Righteousness imputed described and declared in Romans Chapter four.
                                                                                                                            -Scott
Romans 3
None are righteous no not one
None are as perfect as the son
Knowing  we are sinful still
Humbles us lets God show his will.

We're covered in numerous charges
We weep for the non understanding
For they do not know him or the right choices.
We pray one day they join the understanding.

I was once a sinner Dead in sins wicked evil too
Then I prayed and prayed and prayed God made my life anew
Thank you to my God who saves no one shines brighter than this sun
Once again  none are righteous no not one thank you to our Gods saving son.

  1. It's really exciting to think that when you are done you will have a collection of 16 poems to remind us of the precious truths in Romans.
