Randomoldgy - Poems

Pink Roses
I walked into a house of green
My eyes slowly scanned the scene
I sighed finding not
What it was that I had sought.

But looking twice and there it was
A porcelain vase of pink roses
I smiled, my eyes blue and bright
At the gardener who was closest in sight.

She hurried hastily over to me
And asked what it was that I wanted to see
I pointed to the pink roses tidy and neat
And she plucked the ones that were fragrant and sweet.

She  prepared for me a vintage bouquet
And I proclaimed it better than okay
I walked out the door feeling pleasant and fine
Knowing that those pink roses were mine.

Down below the warm dark earth
a tiny seedling grows
Soon it pushes through the dirt
a blossom soon it sews

The flower lifts it colorful head
to the heavens above
It sings sweet praises to the world
Of Gods enduring love

Trip Through Seasons

Dear Reader's I thought I would inform you that hopefully starting Tuesday next week I'll have a drawing/poem or story series up where I'll post a picture drawn by me each day along with either a short story (most likely not) or Poem also I hope to have a review up on a new favorite book of mine then when the week's up you can tell me which picture you liked best again this is only a maybe depending mostly on me finding someone who can scan the pictures for me but for now please enjoy this poem.

My Trip through Seasons
I made a visit yesterday
To cheery Summer Town
Flowers grew beside the way
And tree's were never brown

Last week I tread
Through colorful  Fall
Not a tree I saw was dead
And even the old town hall
Was alive with orange and red

Before that there
was Winter Road
With its chilly frosty air
I quite enjoyed my icy abode
And the breezes through my hair

Oh dear and I nearly forgot
I stopped my touring
So I could take a merry trot
through lively lovely Spring!

A Cottage Home

Dear Reader, Here is another post for you on my view of a cottage  I'd like you my readers to explain what your view of a perfect cottage is.

Cottage Home
A cottage home both quaint and fair
A bed of lilies at it's front and daisies at it's back
Great oaks lie all around heavy with there sap
The house is brick vines are it's ware
A brook flows beside throwing misty spray's
Soft green grass lies over like an ocean
And a pretty wooden seat swings with motion
A glossy path to the cottage leads always
A picket fence encircles the home
Sunflowers sit slap up against the walls
And posies roll like little balls
The cottage made of marble stone

Daisies and Dew Drops

Dear Readers, Here is a poem on Daisies and Dew Drops and Spring These poems are dedicated to a close friend Kristenly.

On the dasies sits crystal clear
A Touch of sun and like a tear
The Dew drops are rather like a mirror
Reflections of the daisy's dear
Oh how they sit and glow
The life it holds as the colors go
Each droplet holds a tiny picture
The droplets of the raindrop dipper
Oh the crystals of the morning
I will never stop my adoring.

Spring oh how I long for you
The Flowers leaves on the tree's and blossoms too
I wish for the warmth you bring
And the song you sing
The light rains and the misty air
And the flowers fair
Oh spring how I long for you.

Water Lily's

Today I was recalling how beautiful
Water Lily's are and that inspired
today's post so enjoy.

Water Lily's
White little wishes
Floating with honor
Gentle little kisses
Beautiful with each hour

Grace with light
Loved by the pond
Delicate sight
As we bond.

Sunsets love
By the mountainside
Pure white Dove
Faith it replies.

Pansies & Morning Glories
Pansies make you feel so warm
Make you cool before a storm
Violet yellow red and blue
Gazing at it's beautiful hue.

Morning Glories smile about
Make you want to sing and shout
To show so much grace
And stay in there place.
