Art and Poems

Hahaha I am totally having fun drawing this girl...I've drawn at least three pictures of my character here because her features are so fun to draw, her long flowing hair, her big eyes, her confident expressions and her clothes; she's one of the easiest too aww...anyways here's a close up of Revised Marin (unofficial name) you may remember awhile back I had a picture and I said it was for a book my sister was writing, well she gave that book over to me and I've been working all out on illustrations (probably spending to much time on Marin though) in case you can't remember her here's one of the sloppy originals for her character
*note her style and face design were totally altered*

I'll maybe have more of her drawings later, if you guys want to see them let me know in comments.

Another Revised Post

Another sloppy piece from 3 years ago

Look how much more alive it is now. It was fun to do this and I like tweaking the clothes to look more fun and exciting this Anna must have a story behind her...maybe you girls would like to have a go at it eh?
Tell me if I did a "Write Anna's Story" contest would you enter it?

Girl in Winter Revised

This drawing was done on the laptop 3 years ago my first attempt at computerized painting
*click pic to get a better look*

This is the revised editon of the above and was done just today as you can see I've had much more practice
and I have the shapes down better also I fancied it up a bit by adding more to her apparel.

Let me know if you'd like to see more before and after computer drawings or just a few I did last year; your opinions are greatly appreciated!

Another Drawing

Click on this one to see all the details. I love this drawing because of how simple it is. I've always been inspired by ballerinas though I don't usually attempt to draw them I found this enjoyable yet maybe a little to easy I always like a good challenge! If you readers have any drawings you would like me to do just put in a request and I'll do it trust me I'll enjoy it. More later.

Picture/Post week Post #3

Dear Readers,
Here's another two drawings for picture/post week. The first is pretty self explanatory I designed it carefully thinking out how I'd wear it and the kind of shoes I'd wear with it. The second would be my fifties dress and I didn't quite design it myself you see I saw a skirt part of this dress once and ever since then I've want to own a dress like that of course I don't but at least I finally attempted to draw it and  now which do your prefer 40's or 50's? Oh, yes and one more thing I'm havings a 50/40's chapter writing contest starting 12/4/12 and ending 12/27/12 I hope you enter :) also I'd like to ask what you participants would like for awards. Thanks for reading.

Two Girls

Dear Readers, this is a scenery/character design drawing I did for a book Ani's writing it was really fun to design the fire place and iron pot brimming with some delicious soup. this would be my first good attempt at sideways characters I really enjoyed doing this.

Two girls sat quiet and small
In front of a warm and rosy fire
Lights were thrown across the wall
And the girls soon began to tire
Before long they lay sprawled on the floor
Like kittens in the sun
They closed there eyes and whispered a prayer
Ending a day of fun
And so they slept before the fire making a cozy pair.
