The Mystery Persons

Okay so as promised here's your Mystery sample. It's Funny though because it's the only one you readers haven't seen and it's winning in the polls hmm.

 The Mystery Persons sample (2012 Mystery)

Olivia Gracen was a girl longing for adventure. She had three older brothers, Elijah, Nick, and David and two younger sisters Amy and Angie. This was her mystery and her biggest adventure.

She was going through some old letters one day when suddenly she exclaimed….

 "What’s this?!" she pulled out a faded brown, dusty piece of paper that was bunched up underneath the drawer. It seemed to be written by a typewriter. This is what it said:

To My Dearest Daughter,

Hey there! How's my little Ladybug doing today

I'm sorry I missed your birthday but I still haven't located Crow(The Black Man) and who knows how long it'll be before I do...he's evaded me so many times I've lost count oh, but what does he matter. What matters is I've missed your birthday so I'm sending you some sheet music Charles wrote please play it 

and think of us.

Your Father

Olivia searched a little more. She found another letter and a sort of list.

The Letter said thus:

To: Crow

From: X

Crow,

I’ve got the GEEL girl I’m leaving this note here as we disguised discussed. This may get Quentin to do what we want.

No he can’t refuse us now we’ve got his precious daughter I’ve added her to the leest list. I’m bringing our other… shall we say persons of interest but the other two I’m still not sure of.

Now burning with curiosity she scanned the list…

She didn't understand. Who were these people? She knew there had been a Quentin living here before he was a sort of researcher or something like that and had his daughter taken care of by a nurse, but the caretaker had said that they just moved.

Was this… a mystery?

The Daring Do Gooder Lisbeth Danielle

Here's another sample for you since Lisbeth Danielle is winning in the polls, she became our daring heroine!

I rushed speedily away from my pursuer but I just couldn’t get away…. What would it take to loose this guy! I knew he’d never turn tail and run as long as I had what he wanted.

“Hey you!” I yelled as loud as I could running backwards. “Catch!” I’d pulled my heavy as lead back pack from my shoulders and tossed it at him. He collapsed to ground, sputtering threats at me as I made a face at him, and disappeared round the corner. I could hear him yelling after me… “I’ll get it yet Lisbeth Danielle just you wait and when I do I’ll have my revenge!”

Yeah right he would. Villain after villain has yelled that as me but they never did. I could hear sirens in the distance and then…. No screams no protests? Did the police miss him? I just didn’t know and I couldn’t go back because…well the police didn’t exactly approve of me either, I don’t mean they’d arrest me but they would hold me for a long time saying it was for questioning but we’d both know it was because they just wanted to annoy me like I annoy them. *Grin* well who knows maybe one day they would actually manage to catch me or maybe one of those criminals would get me who knows.

Gwen woke up once again in Sherwood but she could still remember vaguely what she’d written down before she fell asleep “Lady Gwendolyn went once again to Maid Marien to discuss plans for the raid on the sheriff, Robin Hood stood off in the distance stating a similar plan to the Men.”

Whatever is a writer to do when she accidentally writes herself into her own book!

Gwendolyn sighed and followed the pull of the plot to Maid Marien and they greeted one another and began at once to lay out the plan…
