Sometimes I Wonder

Sometimes I Wonder
{true story}

Sometimes I wonder,
Where it all goes,
When sense has left me,
And embarrassment grows.

Sometimes I wonder,
Why I can't get it right,
On the very first try,
On the very same night.

Sometimes I wonder,
When I'll start getting it good,
To say the right things,
When I care that I should.

Sometimes I wonder,
Why the things that I say,
Never come out right,
And are taken the wrong way.

Then I remember,
That things don't always go well,
That I'm not perfect,
And can't always tell,
What the right thing is,
When I'm doing it wrong,
That's when I seek God,
With his guidance I'm strong.

Here's a few more pictures.

    1. This is special to me, because when I got to the end of it, I wasn't fully paying attention to what I was writing and it felt like God gave me those words...it's a wonderful feeling :)

    1. Thanks I was just trying to put something together for this post and she was what I came up with. The poem means a lot to me it was just one of those
times when God gives me the words I need.

Thank you I wanted something new, something fresh and sweet, so I tinkered around and I liked this one the best.

Oh, I had to, your blog was quite encouraging for me to keep at it, to just keep writing and working at it. Even with my small amount of readers I didn't care I just felt like I could write again, I'm glad God used you to get me going again :)

    1. Seriously you guys are so sweet, your reactions
and comments are so encouraging for me to keep working
at my poetry...I was getting so bad at it, I mean it wasn't
flowing anymore, I wasn't inspired, and I didn't care to keep
writing, your support is very helpful.

God giving me the words to write has also been exceedingly helpful.
